Welcome
I am a Zurich-based lymphatic therapist and massage therapist offering medical lymphatic therapy, manual lymph drainage, postoperative lymphatic drainage, classical massage, and facial lifting massage.
My work combines hands-on clinical experience with formal training in biology, medical massage, beauty therapy, face lifting techniques, and manual lymphatic drainage. This allows me to offer calm, precise, and individually adapted treatments for clients who need professional support for swelling, fluid retention, tissue recovery, relaxation, facial tension, or post-operative care.
I first qualified with an MSc in Biology in Hungary in 2001 and as a medical massage therapist in 2002. Since then, I have continued to expand my professional education, including beauty therapy training, Janssen face lifting and face muscle massage training, Földi manual lymphatic drainage training, and practitioner-level training in manual lymphatic drainage for pre- and post-operative surgery in London.
At Touch of Care in Zurich, my focus is on gentle, professional, and medically informed treatment. Depending on your needs, the session may support lymph flow, reduce heaviness, ease muscle tension, refresh the face, or provide supportive care after surgery.
My main area of specialization is manual lymph drainage and postoperative lymphatic therapy. I also offer studio treatments such as classical massage and face contour lifting massage for clients who want relaxation, facial freshness, and structural support.

My Approach
My treatment style is calm, precise, and adapted to the individual. I do not offer rushed or generic massage sessions. Each treatment is planned according to your condition, your comfort level, and the purpose of the session.
For medical lymphatic therapy and postoperative lymphatic drainage, I always consider the healing stage, medical background, contraindications, and your surgeon’s or doctor’s instructions. For wellness treatments, the focus is on relaxation, circulation, facial freshness, and releasing muscular tension.
